This guide provides detailed instructions for setting up cancellation policies or ticket/prepaid reservations on a specific date or time period. It also establishes specific conditions such as the minimum number of people for reservations pending confirmation and the type of reservations that will be applied.
1. Press the ¨configuration¨ button.
2. Click "Bookings".
3. Select the day of the month or the period in which you want to set the cancellation policy or prepaid reservation.
4. Click on "5. Booking conditions” .
5. Remove the selection from the advanced configuration.
6. In this dropdown, click “yes” if you want to apply it to bookings pending confirmation.
7. If you want to apply for example, only from 10 persons in the reservation click on this drop-down menu and **select the number you consider.
8. Here you can choose the type of reservation you want to apply .
You can apply it to cancellation policy or prepaid / ticket type reservations.
9. You can also choose the frequency of this type of reservation, it can be:
A. Same day (today).
B. ¨Every Wednesday¨: here you can select one or more days of the week where you want to apply the configuration. For example; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
C. Every day.
D. Between two dates : e.g. the setting is from November 22nd to December 22nd.
E. Specific days.
10. Click "APPLY ” to save the process.
