This guide provides a simple method for creating open lists that can improve access control of your customers and enhance the visibility of your sales campaigns through platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. By following the simple steps outlined, you will be able to effectively manage users and link them to specific marketing initiatives.
1. Click on “Teams and PR”.

2. Click “Add user/RRPP”.

3. Click “Create open list”.

Tip: Open lists are not linked to a PR. They are used in access control to assign customers to a list or else, to create a sales link to have visibility of sales from Instagram, Facebook or marketing campaigns.
4. Each line is an open list and you can create as many as you want.

5. Click "Create".
