This guide provides essential tools to effectively manage event ticket sales, including sales tracking, reservation management and refund processing. It provides detailed information on buyers and payment status, enabling better customer relationship management. In addition, users can easily export reports in various formats, ensuring streamlined data management for future events.
1. Click on the event you want to manage.

2. Click “Tickets sold”.

3. Within the different ticket management screens, we have the table manager: This option will only appear if the business has incorporated a Map in its sales web.
If so, you will be able to manage the block of reserved tables and edit their availability from the same map; as well as, add the data of the people in the reserved tables.

4. On the tickets sold screen: All the information of the buyers, their personal data, the type of ticket purchased, the price, the time, and the PR, etc. will be displayed.

5. The Pending payment information: will appear for those buyers who for some reason have not completed the purchase of the tickets.

6. Returns: These are the returns that are made at the request of the buyers or the customer, and all the important information will be reflected: personal data, type of ticket purchased, price, time, and PR, etc.

7. Detailed sales report: in this section you will find all the information about the sales of this event.

8. To download the tickets sold report, click on the tickets sold screen.

9. Click on the three dots and the different export options will appear.

10. If you select the option send by email: you will have the complete list of customers registered to an event and you can send it to your email to have that data.

11. You can also choose the format.

12. These are the other download options:
Import tickets: Using the ¨Import” option, you will be able to upload a massive list of clients. This function will be useful to register clients who have registered for other events, in case of cancellation due to bad weather, for example.
Export (PDF): In this section you will be able to download a PDF document, containing the sales data of the event, the type of tickets, the total revenue per ticket, etc. ....
Export (XLS): In this section you can download a Excel document, and it is sorted by each type of ticket in different tabs, and at the end of all the data appear the total sales of each one of them.
Export contacts: An Excel document will be downloaded, containing the following event data: First name, Last name, email and phone of all buyers.
