This guide provides essential information for managing users and promotional representatives within a sales team. It explains the roles of administrators, how to manage team members and provides step-by-step instructions for generating and using custom promotional codes for sales links.

2. The team members will appear here.
3. Whoever has administrator permission, will have a star symbol next to his name.
Tip: What is an administrator?
It means that the person has administrator permissions, i.e. he/she has permission to view all sales and to edit events. If you only want to give him permission to see only his sales and not be able to edit any events you would have to leave it with the key grayed out.
4. In the box with three dots to the right of each name, you will find different functionalities to assign/unassign as director, copy sale link or delete from the computer.
5. Here you will find the **customized code for each promoter that must be inserted at the end of the link of your sales website.

6. Inside the Event, in the PR section you will also be able to obtain this promoter code:.
7. Click on the event where you want to find the code.
8. Click "RRPP".
9. Select this drop-down to display all equipment .
10. You will be able to select the code for the PR link you wish to get.
Tip: This is how to remove a PR from the team.
11. To remove a PRR from the equipment, press the button and it will turn gray when it is deactivated.
