This guide provides essential instructions for effectively managing SMS campaigns in CoverManager, providing information on billing and campaign metrics. By following the steps outlined, users can access detailed analytics on SMS usage, including marketing campaigns and reconfirmation messages. This allows users to monitor performance and make informed decisions based on specific data points.
1. To access the billing area, click on the drop-down menu in your profile.
2. Click “Billing”.
3. Choose the date you need to view the data.
4. Click “Refresh Data” to load the data.
5. Here you will find the number of SMS and the reasons why they have been sent.
6. If you have created an SMS marketing campaign, the count will appear in this window.
7. Same with Reconfirmation, they are posted according to quantity and cost.
8. The same with CoverAssistant, they are posted according to quantity and cost.
9. And you can also access data from the CoverAtTable service.
10. You can choose which information you want to see in more detail.
11. For example, if you click “Reconfirmation” you will be directed to the screen and you will be able to see the data obtained from the email or reconfirmation messages.
12. This will show the reservations, with name, time of shipment, date and also the status.
