The purpose of this article is to guide you in the use of the reports available in Cover Manager, ensuring an efficient analysis of bookings and customer information.
Access to Reports

Access to the Reports Panel:
- On the left side of the screen, click on the “Reports” icon.

Report Type Selection:
- A panel will open with several types of reports available.
- Select the report you wish to analyze.
Booking Tracking Report

Period Selection:
- Before generating the report, select the period you wish to track.
- Example: From November 1 to November 30.

Report generation:
- Click “Apply” to calculate.
- The system will show the total number of people and reservations in the selected period.

Download and Visualization:
- Each report can be downloaded or viewed.
- To see the details, click on “View table”.

Report Details:
- Data such as day, time, status (cancelled by the client or confirmed), shift and origin of the reservation (mobile application, web module, walk-in) are displayed.
Customer Report

Access to Customer Information:
- At the bottom of the report panel, select “Customer Information”.

Data Visualization:
- By clicking on “View table”, the bookings made by each client are displayed.
- Include first name, last name, country, telephone and email.
Best Customer Report
- Sorting by Number of Bookings:
- The report sorts clients by number of bookings made.
- Example: Ana Treya has made five reservations.
Reserves Analysis and Valuations
- Number and Anticipation of Reservations:
- Displays the total number of reservations in the selected period and the anticipation with which customers book.
- Review products sold, number of people per shift and summary of ratings.
- Manage Ratings:
- To view all ratings, select the “Report ratings” icon.
- To reply to reviews, go to the “Inbox reviews” icon.
- Select the review and reply directly to the customer by email.
Additional Reports
- Booking Behavior:
- Analyzes what time bookings were made, date, nationality and other behavior through graphs.
- Work Interval Comparison:
- Use the “Compare Yourself” box to compare different time intervals and analyze at which time the most bookings were made.
