1. Click on the user drop-down and click on ¨settings¨.

2. Click: “Customer experience”.

3. Click on ¨Diner information¨.

4. You can choose ¨2¨ as the default number of diners when a reservation is made, or you can also display a default text.

5. The default text can be chosen in the language of your choice and you can edit it as you wish.

6. You will go into the question settings to adjust what type of information you will ask the diner to provide that will appear both on the web engine and internally your team will be able to access.

7. You can also request it but it is not obligatory to answer it. Putting “yes” in requesting the data but “no” in obligatory.
