How to lock tables in CoverManager so that they cannot be reserved either by the system or by users.
Identify the table: On the CoverManager floor plan, locate the table to be locked
Access the table options: Click on the desired table.
Select the type of lock: In the pop-up menu that appears, choose between:
- Web block: The table will be grayed out on the floor plan and will not be available for online reservations, but you will be able to assign reservations manually.
- Total block: The table will be black on the floor plan and will not be available for any type of reservation.
Apply the block: Click on “Block web” or “Block” depending on the type of block you wish to apply.
That's it! The table will be blocked and reservations cannot be assigned according to the type of block selected.
