How to create a new user in CoverManager and assign it a role with customized access.
Access the profile: Log in to CoverManager and click on the profile name.
Go to the “Profile” section: In the drop-down menu, select the “Profile” option.
Add new user: In the “Add new user” section, enter a user name (must be an email), a password and select a predefined or “Custom” role.
Configure custom permissions (optional): If the “Custom” role was selected, check the corresponding boxes to grant read, write or no permissions for each section.
Save changes: Click on the “Save” button to create the new user.
You are done! A new user has been created in CoverManager with the specified permissions.
