How to manage a prepaid reservation in CoverManager
Article showing the steps to manage a prepaid reservation in CoverManager, including selecting the type of reservation, adding a ticket or product, requesting and validating payment, and confirming the reservation.
Access the reservation: Open the reservation in CoverManager.
Select type of reservation: In the “Type of reservation” field, select the “Ticket” option.
Add product:
- Click on the “+” icon to add a product to the reservation.
- Select the desired product.
- Verify that the price and quantity are correct.
- Click on “ADD PRODUCT”.
Cobrar al cliente:
- In the “Collect payment” section, select “Request card”.
- Validate the card information.
- Click on “VALIDATE AND APPLY FOR CARD”.
Confirm payment: Once the customer has made the payment, the reservation will change from orange (pending confirmation) to green (confirmed). A red ticket icon will appear on the reservation, indicating that it is a prepaid reservation.
