Reservation statuses in CoverManager
Article that explains the different states a reservation can go through in CoverManager, how to indicate them in the system and what it is used for
Access to the reservation: Click on the desired reservation in the list or on the floor plan.
Access the table options: Click on the desired table.
Select the status: In the pop-up menu that appears, click on the status that corresponds to the reservation:
- “Seated": The customer has arrived and is seated at the table.
- “Arrival": The customer has arrived at the restaurant.
- “Dessert": Customers are in the final phase of the meal, after the main courses.
- “Cancel customer": The customer has cancelled the reservation.
- “No Show": The customer has not shown up for his reservation.
Confirm status: Click the “Yes” button to confirm the status change.
Finally:
- The color of the reservation on the floor plan will change according to the selected status.
- The status of the reservation will be updated in the CoverManager system.
