How to manually charge a reservation with cancellation policy in case of customer no-show, through the CoverManager software.
Access the collection management: Click on the user name and select the “collection management” option from the drop-down menu.
Filter by date: Select the booking date in the date filter and click on “refresh data”.
Locate the booking: Identify the reservation in the list of reservations displayed.
Execute the charge: Click on the “execute” button corresponding to the reservation to be charged.
Verify the amount: In the “Charge to be made” pop-up window, verify that the amount per person and the number of persons are correct. Modify if necessary.
Confirm the collection: Click on the “Collect” button.
You are done! The reservation with cancellation policy has been charged.
