1. Click on the “user” icon in the top right corner and click on “Settings”.
2. Click "Software".
3. Click "Billing".
4. Click “yes” to allow full refunds only. Some restaurants prefer not to offer the option to refund a portion or percentage of the amount.
5. Click “yes” to allow percentage refund. For example, if you cancel more than 48 hours before the reservation, you will receive 50% of the prepayment.
6. Click “SAVE”.
