This guide is essential for those looking to effectively manage their online bookings, allowing you to close the web engine at specific times and on selected days. Through simple steps, you can customize when users can access reservations, ensuring better control and planning for your business. In addition, it offers flexibility to apply configurations on multiple days and periods, adapting to your needs.
1. Click "configuration".
2. Click "bookings".
3. Click "Confirm"
4. Go to section : “9. Special configurations”
5. Click on ¨activate the configuration to close the web engine from the appointed time of the current day¨.
6. To close the web engine and prevent users from accessing online reservations after your preferred time, click yes and choose your limit.
7. Type your time limit to close the web engine for both lunch and dinner.
8. Several options of application to different days according to your preferences:
A. Same day (today).
B. ¨Every Wednesday¨: here you can select one or more days of the week where you want to apply the settings. For example; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
C. Every day**¨.
D. Between two dates : e.g. the setting is from November 22nd to December 22nd.
E. Specific days.
9. Click on ¨apply¨ to save your preferences.
Tip: If you want to activate or deactivate the web engine on a specific day:
10. Click on the “calendar” icon to open reservations and click on “Day”.
11. Click to open the calendar and select the date on which you want to activate or deactivate the web engine.
12. Select the date.
13. Click to open or close the breakfast or lunch/dinner shift in web engine.
