1. Click "configuration".
2. Click "Bookings".
3. Click "9. Special configurations".
4. Click “yes” if you want to activate the setting of a maximum number of people at the same time.
You will access a drop-down to further adjust your preferences. It can be the same number or different depending on the time.
5. To set the maximum number you want to “ALL HOURS” in the restaurant, select the option “same at the same time”.
6. If you click on the option ¨different according to the time zone¨ here you will see the maximum number of people.
7. Enter the maximum number of people you wish.
8. Click "APPLY CAPACITY".
9. This will display the time slots that you have saved in the option ¨different for each hour¨.
10. This will appear in the “different for each hour” option.
11. Click on “Apply capacity” to save the changes forever and create your own “rules”.
