This guide provides the essential steps to create special configurations to limit e-commerce exchange, providing flexibility for specific time periods. Users can customize settings for both lunch and dinner services, allowing restrictions based on the number of people or reservations.
Tip: These settings are applied in settings for all days. In special configurations, we can apply them for a specific period.
1. Click on the configuration icon.**

2. Click "Bookings".

3. Click on the day and time you wish to apply the settings.

4. Click "9. Special configurations".

5. Click “Yes” to activate the setting to limit the exchange of ecommerces.

6. In the lunch shift , you can choose between setting the limitation according to the number of people or the number of reservations.

7. Here you select the maximum number of exchange that can be made per day(-1 indicates no limit).

8. In the dinner shift , you can choose between setting the limitation according to the number of people or the number of reservations.

9. Here you select the maximum number of exchange that can be made per day(-1 indicates no limit).

10. You can select to apply this setting to “LUNCH AND DINNER”.

11. You can also choose between different time variables to limit the exchange of ecommerces:
A. Same day (today).
B. “Every Wednesday”: here you can select one or more days of the week where you want to apply the configuration. For example; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
C. "Every day”.
D. Between two dates: for example the configuration is from November 22nd to December 22nd.
E. Specific days.

12. Click "APPLY".

Tip: Tip! To limit in a general way:
13. Click on the “user” icon in the top right corner and click on “Settings”.

14. Click “Online Store” and “Personalization”

15. Click “Yes” to limit ecommerce redemption per day and service.
