This guide provides an overview of how to set up special message configurations for specific dates and times, enabling companies to communicate specific information to customers. It offers users the flexibility to choose from predefined options or create customized messages tailored to various occasions, enhancing customer engagement whether for specific days, lunch and dinner services or specific time slots.
Tip: These settings are applied in settings for all days. In special configurations, we can apply them for a specific period.
1. Click on the “configuration” icon.
2. Click "Bookings".
3. Click on the day and time you wish to apply the settings.
4. Click "9. Special configurations".
5. Click “YES” to activate the configuration message to be displayed on the engine.
6. You can choose between the different options that appear (complete, for this day and people, complete reservations by web. Please contact by phone/email) or, if you prefer, customize the message for a specific period of time.
7. If you select a personalized message, you can write the text you want to appear during that period.
8. You can select to apply this setting to “LUNCH AND DINNER”.
9. You can also choose between different time variables to trigger the message to be displayed:
A. The same day (today).
B.¨Every Wednesday¨: here you can select one or more days of the week where you want to apply the configuration. For example; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
C. "Every day”.
D. Between two dates: for example the configuration is from November 22nd to December 22nd.
E. Specific days.
10. In this case, you can apply changes by selecting the start date and the end date when you want the message to stop appearing.
11. Click "APPLY".
