1. Click on the calendar on the left to open bookings.
2. Click "Day".
3. Scroll down and click on “CREATE WAITING LIST”.
4. Fill in the day, time, number of people and fill in the client's data.
5. Click "ADD"
Tip: STEPS TO CONVERT A BOOKING ON HOLD TO A CONFIRMED BOOKING
6. Click "Show waiting lists ” to see the customers that are included in the waiting list.
7. Click on the customer's booking to be confirmed.
8. Click "TURN INTO BOOKING"
9. Select the table you want to assign to the customer.
