This guide is essential for those looking to book efficiently and with a clear cancellation policy. 1. To start, click on “NEW BOOKING”.
2. Complete the customer's data, it is important to fill in everything correctly.
3. In this drop-down menu, select “cancellation policy”.
4. Click on the card button.
Tip: OPTION 1
5. Click “ASSIGN CARD”.
6. Enter the customer's card details and to complete the procedure click on the green “assign card” button.
7. It will then appear orange when it is pending payment and green when it has been executed.

8. Click “Request card”.
9. Click ¨validate and request card¨.
10. To finish the process, ¨VALIDATE AND NOTIFY CUSTOMER¨.
Tip: To decide when and from how many people to apply the cancellation policy:
Tip: Reservations made with cancellation policy will be free of charge. When making the reservation, the customer provides his credit card information. An amount will be charged to the client's account in case of no-show or last minute cancellation.
11. Click on the “user” icon in the upper right corner and click on “Settings”.
12. Click on “Type of reservation” and “Cancellation policy”.
13. Here you can decide:
-Minimum time in which the customer can cancel without cancellation policy being applied.
-Penalty per person.
-Choose whether all bookings made with cancellation policy enter as pending confirmation.
