This guide provides key steps to effectively track booking notifications, allowing users to monitor communication with customers through emails and messages. By following this procedure, it is possible to know which emails were sent and opened, improving customer engagement and service quality. 1. Click on the calendar on the left to open bookings.
2. Click "Booking Inbox"
3. Click on the client you want to see the notification tracking.
4. Click “VIEW TRACKING OF NOTIFICATIONS”.
5. Click on "Email ” to see all the emails that have been sent/opened. You can also view SMS/Whatsapp.
6. Click on the eye icon on the right to see the email that the customer has opened.
7. After clicking on the eye emoticon, we see the content of the email that the customer has received.
