This guide provides a step-by-step process for downloading customer subscriber lists from a CRM system, focusing on compliance with GDPR regulations. 1. Click on the face on the left to open “CRM”.
2. Click “Customer List”.
3. Click on "DOWNLOAD CSV NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS ” at the bottom of the screen to download a general list of all customers who have subscribed to the newsletter but have not given their explicit consent to receive communications because they are old customers.
4. Select the dates for which you want to download the list.
5. After selecting the dates, click on “SEND” and the desired database will be downloaded.
6. Click on "DOWNLOAD CSV SUBSCRIBERS NEWSLETTER NEW GDPR ” at the bottom of the screen to download a list of customers who have given their explicit consent to receive communications, complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Select the dates for which you want to download the list.
8. After selecting the dates, click on "SEND ” and the desired database will be downloaded.
