It provides a step-by-step process that makes it easy to organize the space, from creating floor plans and zones to arranging tables according to capacity. 1. Click on the configuration icon.
2. Click “Room Plans”.
3. Type a name to create the room plan and click on “CREATE ROOM PLAN”.
4. Click on Plants/Zones to add new plants/zones for the room plan.
5. Write the names and click on “NEW PLANT”.
6. Write the names of the areas of the restaurant.
7. Select where it is located and click on “NEW ZONE”.
8. Click "Tables ” to add the tables to the room plan.
9. Drag the areas of the restaurant on the floor plan to add the tables.
10. Select the area where the table will be located.
11. Select the maximum and minimum number of people that can be at the table.
12. Click “ADD TABLE”.
Alert: Table IDs cannot be repeated
13. Slide the table where you want it to be located.
14. Here you can change the floor plan to add tables.
15. Clicking on the "i” in the table will open a tab to edit the table.
16. Here you can edit the table area, table ID, table name, number of people, table shape and type and delete the table.
17. Click "OK".
