A brief tutorial showing the steps to log in to the CoverBookings app using two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
Open the CoverBookings app: Locate the app icon on your mobile device and open it.
Enter credentials: On the login screen, enter your username (or email address) and your password in the corresponding fields.
Log in: Tap the "Log in" button.
Two-factor authentication: A pop-up window called "Two-factor authentication" will appear.
Check your email: Access your email account. You should have received an email from CoverManager with the subject "Resend of two-factor authentication code".
Copy the code: Open the email and locate the 6-digit code. Copy it.
Enter the code: Return to the CoverBookings app and enter the 6-digit code in the "Code" field in the "Two-factor authentication" window.
Submit: Tap the "Submit" button.
Verification: The app will verify the code. A screen with the CoverManager "C" logo will appear, displaying messages like "Fetching your user data...", "Fetching establishment data...", etc.
Access the app: Once the verification is complete, you will be redirected to the main screen of the CoverBookings app, where you can start using it.
Notes:
- If you do not receive the security code in your email, you can click the "Resend code" link in the "Two-factor authentication" window.
- Ensure that your mobile device's internet connection is stable during the login process.
