We show you how to access detailed reservation information and the different available options to edit it, including updating customer data or the reservation status.
Access the reservations menu: Select the reservation you want to modify.
Scroll down to the bottom of the reservation details screen.
Choose the action you want to perform:
- Change reservation status.
- Move reservation.
- Copy reservation.
- View tracking.
- Edit reservation.
- Request reservation reconfirmation.
- Call the customer.
